Mr. Gross has a tremendous breadth of marketing experience, honed at some of America’s leading companies.  His marketing expertise is focused on growing an organizations top-line revenue while expanding its name and brand into the marketplace.  His experience includes areas such as:

  • On-Line/ Digital Marketing – Initiation of company’s first ever lead generation campaigns to drive revenue growth by a factor of 400%.  Created integrated on-line campaigns with multiple touch-points including email, webinars, interactive/banner ads, and white-papers.
  • Events – Increase sales pipeline through partner events, driving over 200 leads at one event alone, representing an additional $18 million in potential revenue.
  • Sales Support – Managed RFP response process; Drove complete re-write and roll-out of all sales tools for field sales and operations organizations; Created and refreshed customer facing collateral; Performed sales training.
  • External Messaging – Increase awareness of company’s services via work with Analysts (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc) Increase market awareness via attendance at conferences, trade shows, and analyst events. 
  • SEO / SEM - Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program and click-through advertising to key terms at Top 10 level on major search engines.
  • Product Marketing - Developed and articulated sales and market strategy around new Microsoft Services offering.  This included agreements with multiple Microsoft partners, including contract negotiation, value proposition development, sales planning, branding, press release pitch, talking points, and white papers.
